Today I was out in the sunshine dodging the showers around us with James and Annie up the North Buttress on the Buchaile in Glen Coe. We yomped up to the base of the route in under an hour and then got all the kit out. The guys did really well heading up the dry, grippy rock and setting up belays and swapping leads. And by 2.30pm we were at the summit.
We then descended off the mountain via Curved ridge (mod). We short ropped up and headed down, with some good sections of down climbing, whilst looking over to Rannoch wall. A good day all round with most of it spent on dry grippy rock, and in Scotland!
